Mozoo Group has recruited Alex McIlvenny, the former Head of Sales UK at Widespace, to become the Managing Director of its Numbate unit.
McIlvenny’s appointment ends the search for a leader for the Numbate business, which leverages brand engagement with innovative mobile and tablet creative.
In his new role, McIlvenny will lead a proactive team responsible for delivering high quality mobile advertising strategies to clients including most of the UK media agencies. He will report to Mathieu Rostamkolaeï, the Vice President of Mozoo Group.
With over 10 years experience, McIlvenny is recognized as a first-class mobile marketing leader with a proven track record for building successful business relationships.
Before joining Mozoo, he was the Head of Sales at Widespace where he spent almost 3 years. As a key architect of Widespace’s UK success (he was their first employee in the UK) he secured some of the most successful mobile marketing campaigns with global brands.
Prior to Widespace, McIlvenny was Head of International Media at Haymarket and was responsible for commercial initiatives across the company’s global media portfolio (consumer tech, football, and motoring).
